Offer a perspective on balancing keeping in touch with patients in person vs Telehealth. Some practitioners balk at not having face-to-face opportunities. Do you see this as a hybrid?
NYC Practices are starting to open their doors again to in-person visits after soley doing telehealth during the peak of COVID cases. Do you have any workflow suggestions as to transition patients back into in-person care?

is zoom a good platform for telehealth from a confidenciality point?
Zoom can be adapted. We have heard a lot about "Zoom-bombing" where malintents hack in during a call.. Setting up an appointment with a Zoom password can prevent that form of hacking.
A number of FQHC and other practices are utilizing Zoom with unique meeting ID's
